REMOVAL OF GRANULOMAS NODULES
What is it?
The lumps or granuloma nodules that appear on infiltrated lips can be eliminated either by destroying the product with the product's antagonist (if it is hyaluronic acid); or through a small surgical excision, just as if it were a small cyst and with 2 or 3 stitches it is removed, leaving the small mark inside the mucosa. The stitches are removed in 7 days and are left without irregularities.
Sometimes the laser can be used to destroy that granuloma nodule; In other situations, and through knowledge of the product we are dealing with, it can be extracted through direct puncture and aspiration of the filling.

Normally nodules are produced by permanent products that were injected more than 15-20 years ago and it gives the impression that they have been growing over time, this is not the case, the reason is because the tissues around the filler have become more fragile. /flaccid and the injected product is better identified.
