SCARS
What is it?
With the scars We cover many types of injuries:
- Acne scars.
- Hypertrophic or keloid scars.
- Atrophic or sunken scars.
- Scars from surgeries or wounds.
We can remove some scars, others reduce and others attenuate.
They can be located in any part of the body, and have varied coloring, textures and shapes. Depending on these characteristics, We will identify the type of scar and the appropriate medical-aesthetic procedure for its treatment.. Although no scar can be completely eliminated, its appearance can be improved, making it less visible through the infiltration of certain individual or combined treatments.
We recommend waiting a reasonable amount of time after the scar has occurred. This is because it itself has the possibility of changing its color and appearance. Since some decrease with the passage of time, it is necessary that having clear and real expectations, Consult about the various treatments.

You must know
We treat acne scars with CO² laser, either fractional or ablative; and the very deep ones sometimes have to be treated in more than one session.
There are dressings to apply to fresh scars that can improve the final result and If it is still visible, it can be treated with corticosteroid injections, laser, etc.
Atrophic and/or sunken scars sometimes need to be filled or debrided from the fundus, and it is not necessary to use a laser.
Keloid or hypertrophic scars require more than one type of treatment; sometimes injections, sometimes lasers of different types.
Each scar is different and expectations for treatment and results are different.
Other unaesthetic scars can be removed by surgery, so that they are smaller.
