PYROLIPOLYSIS

The Pyrolipolysis is the solution to one of the greatest aesthetic challenges in history: the destruction of localized fat accumulations and cellulite in a selective and non-invasive manner while tightening the skin to improve sagging. 

It is a new non-invasive procedure to reduce localized fat in body and facial areas such as abdomen, flanks and double chin through the use of heat.

It is a pro-inflammatory process induced by the heat generated by bipolar RF as it passes through the tissue and a non-inflammatory process produced by irreversible electroporation. This heat induces neocollagenesis and elastogenesis processes, that is, new collagen and elastin to restructure the dermis and improve skin architecture.

Irreversible electroporation alters the polarity of the adipocyte membrane, increasing its porosity and consequently its intra/extra cellular exchange capacity. This produces lethal and irreversible damage to the adipocyte, inducing apoptosis phenomena.

During the procedure, precise and controlled heating of the tissue occurs, resulting in selective fat damage without damaging other tissues. Subsequently, the body gradually eliminates damaged cells through normal metabolic processes.
