Complete rest is not required. It's normal to experience mild swelling or minor bruising, which will subside within a few days. It's recommended to avoid wearing glasses, sleeping face down, and strenuous exercise for the first few days.
The results are immediately visible. The duration of the effect varies from patient to patient, generally between 12 and 18 months, as the hyaluronic acid is gradually reabsorbed. Retouching can be performed to maintain the results.

Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) for 3-5 days prior to surgery, unless medically directed. Inform your specialist about any medications you're taking or if you have a history of herpes.
It's normal for mild swelling or bruising to appear in the treated area. Avoid wearing glasses that put pressure on your nose for at least a week. Avoid strenuous exercise or visits to saunas or swimming pools for 48-72 hours. Avoid manipulating or massaging your nose and sleep on your back for the first few days. Use sunscreen.
